Hi Salām,
I will pray as Muslim, inshallah get better at praying, but i will quit Religion. I feel i may have been be-quitted or bequeathed instead of quitting autonomously. I may come here for entertainment though. But i do not take lightly on arrogant people. I do Believe in a God and a Final Day, but The World (Dunya) don't treat me/us well. Thus i be-come Muslim.
I wish I was younger...
But Christianity or Judaism are [Sharias in plural] or Ideologies, in theHeavenly Religions. Islam is the Only True Heavenly Law/Religion. I will do like the Monk whom devoted himself to Buddhism (read: Islam) and stayed home unless someone visited. I will devote myself, as i can, to God. This allows me to meditate more freely, unbound by Buddhist rituals like @tree saw. I truly worship The Deity Allah. I yield to Allah and Prophet Mohammed (saws) because i fear Hell and embarrasement, and because i desire Heaven (edit) and I respect Allah.
We can all leave behind ideologies (as Christianity and Judaism) and embrace Islam. But in Islam there's no application of Force. So you are non-religious when Muslim under The God.
Allah says:
3:18 Allah, maintainer of justice, the Almighty and the All-wise, besides whom there is no god, bears witness that there is no god except Him, and [so do] the angels and those who possess knowledge.
3:19 Indeed, with Allah religion is Islam, and those who were given the Book did not differ except after knowledge had come to them, out of envy among themselves. And whoever denies Allah’s signs [should know that] Allah is swift at reckoning.
