Robbie Williams believes he may have Asperger’s syndrome and said: “There’s something missing in me.”

The Angels singer has previously told how he has battled depression and anxiety, as well as being open with his struggles with drug and alcohol abuse.

Now, the 44-year-old has said it is “quite hard work” being in his head.

Speaking on Radio 2, Williams said: “There’s something missing in me, I have big blind spots.

“Maybe Asperger’s or autism. I don’t know what spectrum I’m on – I’m on something.

“It’s quite hard work being in my head – I have an interesting compulsion, addiction, mental illness, I’d say.”

The former Take That singer added: “I would have that if I was Robbie Williams the pop star or Robert Williams the labourer.”

Williams is married to American actress Ayda Field, 39, and the couple have two children: a five-year-old daughter, Teddy, and son Charlton, three.

On Thursday, he made a surprise appearance on stage in Amsterdam with fellow British popstar Ed Sheeran.

Earlier this month, Williams courted controversy when he showed his middle finger to the camera during a performance at the World Cup’s opening ceremony in Russia.

I got surpsied by that aswell xD
Im sure ASD is heavely underdiagnosed, sincerly I have the feeling that many mental illness and problems like that have in their roots some relation with an undiagnosed asd.

The real prb in this interview is that he is not saying what could possibily be related in his life to asperger, I mean, If nothing rings your bell, I dont know why you would keep searching for that.

I see this as one of two problems:

A) I feel like something is wrong with me, but I'm just going to grit my teeth and try to push through it until I break down. Then I'll tell the public that I think something is wrong with me.

or

B) I got caught misbehaving in public, so now I need an excuse.

I don't know which case this is, but why does nobody get help first? Because we understand physical ailments, but we're all still expected to work out whatever mental challenges we may have on our own?

Edit: Also, I have no idea who Robbie Williams is, so take what I write in that context. I clicked the link and looked at the picture ... and I still have no idea who he is.

Why does every other country have better insults than mine?

There's something you should do :

1. Do not read anything about it first.
2. Go to Bhutan.
3. Experience the local culture, perhaps buying some souvenirs .
3. Only cheating or going to Bhutan will reveal the strange quirk in their culture.
4. It's not necessarily funny but a largely quirky

I have no doubt he's on something. Dum place to begin a self assessment though.
