I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this. Self confidence is the key to many social anxieties for most of us. I thought stories of ways we can improve our self confidence might be helpful.

Ways to build it, practice self care
Self love.
Say things like I'm worthy, I'm enough, I'm capable, I am a good human. I am worth it.
Nothing can hold me back. Play uplifting songs.
You are always amazing and you just have to know it. Because that's the truth.
You are unique and there is no one out there like you.
And if people do not see it..they are not worth it.
Ways ladies build confidence, wear clothes you like, put on a little makeup, do hair nicely and just try to find things about your personality and appearance you love and write them down, there must some things.
And then write things you do not like that you could embrace a bit more like:
These are my wobbly thighs or this is my belly that is big and less than perfect but that is ok and even if it is never my favourite part, I could learn to think it is ok.
This belly had this baby, or these thighs walk me to work each day and even if I do not always like the way they look, they are part of beautiful me.
And my body is beautiful the way it is and I am truly a work of art even if I do not like everything straight away or always detest one part.
And I am a beautiful, worthwhile and competent woman with so many special gifts and people who love her. I do not have to be perfect physically or any other way to be valuable and worthwhile.
I will not spend my whole life wasted on self hatred but if I ever do have those days well it is Ok too.
But I am worthy of self respect and self love as well as respect from others
