We hear a lot about our propensity for social goof-ups. The thing we Aspies can forget, is that sometimes NTs make social mistakes too. In fact, I think we sometimes blame our aspieness too quickly. Sometimes I notice an Aspie describe a social mistake/accident, and attribute it to Aspergers and I menawhile am thinking "Anyone could have accidently done that!"
So this is a thread to share stories about those socially foul moments that anyone could have had.
Today's story from me. Buying a Kindle book from Amazon using One-click order, then realizing that (this computer used to belong to someone else) the Amazon page was signed into the account of the husband of the previous owner whom I never knew very well, and I had just sent a book to his Kindle, presumably using his money.
