I've gone mute altogether. I get in trouble for the comments that come out my mouth, mostly spontaneously. My therapist thinks I should attend one of these. Who here has?

Thoughts, comments, concerns? Does anybody else say things that sound more stand-off ish or inconsiderate than they meant? We're not robots. are we?

Even if it doesn't work out, at least you gave it a chance. What have you got to lose by trying to join a group if you have one near you? If you can, give it a go and see how it goes!
