does anyone get sore joints fairly easy or tried really easily?
i get tired really easy but i think part of it is because i am also anemic.

now that i think of it depressed could be one reason as well and then i tend to get bored when i am home to much so i end up sleeping.

I'm dyspraxic (mild), so with that comes low muscle tone. It's okay though.
By sore joints do you mean feeling like you've pulled a muscle? Then no, not really.

yes some of the time and also if i do alot of repetitive motion with my hands they tend to get stiff and hurt and my bones in my body pop alot especialy if i have been siting on my knees and get up .

I get sore joints if I don't exercise - I need to at least go for long walks or I get sore/stiff knees, heels, feet, hips, back, and so on.

Same with getting tired easily. If I don't stay active, I get tired easily.

I am not saying it is the same for you, or for anyone else.

Only time that really happens to me is if I stay up late or done some tough physical training but I dont really get sore joints. By the way to help alleviate anaemia eat more meat and cereals. Their very rich in iron unless of course its vitamin C anaemia then eat more fruits and veg. Simple.
Remember iron aids the absorption of vitamin C into the blood.

I'm pretty much always tired and have achy joints these days. Started happening more since I started working again. Feels like I'm still recovering from 2 months ago. I have 3 days off now, on day 2 now; slept for 9 hours the last 2 nights. Still tired and have no energy. Ugh. Being around people is exhausting, hehe.

so does anyone with asppergers have sore joints at all? because im sore all the time.

I'm willing to bet that this isn't an Asperger's-related thing. I don't have sore joints and I haven't heard anyone on the spectrum complain about sore joints.

Im 19 with terrible sore knees. But this is mostly because of high school football. 5 yard headstart chop-blocks...

So I dont think its an aspie thing
