yes some of the time and also if i do alot of repetitive motion with my hands they tend to get stiff and hurt and my bones in my body pop alot especialy if i have been siting on my knees and get up .

Only time that really happens to me is if I stay up late or done some tough physical training but I dont really get sore joints. By the way to help alleviate anaemia eat more meat and cereals. Their very rich in iron unless of course its vitamin C anaemia then eat more fruits and veg. Simple.does anyone get sore joints fairly easy or tried really easily?
i get tired really easy but i think part of it is because i am also anemic.
