StengthsFinder Results

I am interested to know, if you have done the online StrengthsFinder test (original or 2.0), what your results were (and version).

The test requires the purchase of the book “Now Discover your Stengths” or “StrengthsFinder 2.0” to obtain a unique login code.

(I have no connection to amazon, the book or test).

My top five (original test):
Deliberative
Harmony
Consistency/Fairness
Learner
Analytical

I did original and 2.0, same results each time:

Strategic
Input
Learner
Activator (or whatever they called the "when do we start") strength)
Individualization

I was pretty amused when Salary.com's test came up with "Mage, Sage, Revolutionary" -- which is approximately equivalent.

I've also profiled groups using the tool. Interesting results. While Strengths address approach and style, not skill, there are some approaches and styles especially well-suited to certain jobs.

The way the Archetype Test at salary.com reports results made it difficult for me
to know what was my 3rd highest result. They are in 2 columns. I didn't know
whether to take the 1st & 2nd in the row at the left or whether to read across and
take the 1st from the left and then the 1st (top of the row at the) right.
