The Random Hater.

Crazi

Well-Known Member
I've said this a million times in my life but I feel it is time to say it a million and one. I . . .am a random hater. Translation: I hate the most random mainstream stuff that is beloved by most everyone in society. See, the lion king, Aladdin and puppies. Okay, not puppies although they make me a Little uneasy. Anyone else feel this way? or is this peculiar even by Autistic standards.

Translation the second: List your likes and dislikes that are particularly abnormal if you have any. That or call me crazy and commence the tomato throwing. Cause haters gonna hate. And I, is definitely a hater.

I don't think anybody's likes or dislikes can really be categorized as "normal" or "abnormal." Nor do I think this really has much to do with autism, generally speaking. And I highly doubt anybody here's going to rail at you for your taste in films or anything else. We try to be an accepting crowd here.

Anyway, you said to call you Crazi, so that's what I'll do. :)

I won't be wasting produce though. That's just silly. (Welcome to AspiesCentral.)

I don't really feel I hate things with a passion that much. It's a waste of time. Surely there are things I'm not fond of and thus don't care for.

It's better to just ignore things and move on with things that you prefer.

If my Facebook and Twitter feeds are any indication, it's most certainly not restricted to autism!

Myself, I'm unlikely to say outright that I "hated" something. Usually, I try and boil it down to simply a matter of taste, like "Well, I suppose this just REALLY isn't for me!" and try my best not to judge anyone whose tastes happen to differ from mine, even if I couldn't stand whatever music/TV show/movie/whatever it is in question.
