There are a million billion different smoothie permutations (give or take a few), what are some you've made yourself?

If you make a smoothie, maybe just tell us whats in it or go the whole deal and describe the amounts used and the method for us to make it ourselves.
It would be preffered if it is something you came up with and not from an actual recipe, but if you found a recipe you want to share just provide a link ; ]

Bust up one (or two) bananas into chunks. Nine scoops (desert spoon) of vanilla yogurt. Ten ice cubes. A liberal dumping of powdered sugar (your choice). A teaspoon of vanilla extract and just a little water that brings it all to about half the height of the blender glass and grate it all on low speed.

Oh yeah. :D

Golden (winter) smoothie:

3 peeled golden kiwis
1 cup diced pineapple without core
2 top carrots,
1 Cup 0% greek yogurt
1/8 to 1/4 Cup mix of flax, wheat germ & seeds of some sort like pumpkin, sesame or oat flakes
2 T soy protein powder
4 ice cubes

Red Smoothie

1 to 2 Cups fresh strawberries and raspberries
1 apple or 1 peach
4 slices of peeled cucumber
2 top carrots
2 Tablespoons of flax, wheat germ, oat bran, mixed
1 Cup 0% Greek yogurt
optional 2 tablespoons of soy based protein powder
4-5 ice cubes

Using a food processor or a blender, add cleaned and diced fruit, yogurt, and the rest of the ingredients listed, process, if too thick add additional water or juice.
