The TV heartthrob has both Tourette's and Asperger's but says he's never felt more at ease.

He became one of the nation's favourite heart-throbs after appearing on Channel 4 series The Undateables and sent Twitter into meltdown but Welshman Tom Morgan has had a crippling lack of self-confidence.

However, his latest modelling shots prove that he is now perfectly at ease with himself and he hopes that they will encourage more men to be comfortable in their own skin.

The rugby-playing sports fan from Bridgend, who has both Tourette's and Asperger's, teamed up with menswear retailer Jacamo for his second modelling project.

The latest pictures, which come six months after Tom took part in his first shoot for the retailer, show him fronting the high summer campaign which focuses on swim, beach, and holiday wear, with a striking turquoise pool and Portuguese sunset perfectly setting the scene.

“I was so pleased to be asked back for another shoot and definitely felt more relaxed having got one under my belt already," said Tom, whose brother is Cardiff Blues and Wales star Matthew Morgan.

"The outfits were all great and so easy to put together which has made me realise there is no excuse to not take that extra 10 minutes to get ready so that I feel better in myself.

“The most powerful thing for me from this project is that I have got to a place where I can look at these pictures and be at ease with myself, knowing that no matter if I have a good day or bad I can come out the other side; being around great people and feeling good in myself are huge factors in this.”

Viewers of The Undateables saw Tom who, on first impression may seem to hide his battle with Asperger’s and Tourette's behind his macho rugby-player physique, take part in an unsuccessful date due to his lack of self-confidence.

But viewers fell in love with him and he was bombarded with offers of dates from smitten young women after the show was aired.

Despite his profile continuing to rise, appearances on TV shows including Loose Women, numerous trends on Twitter, and an online following of over 35,000, Tom admits to still be searching for love.

Aside from playing rugby, Tom is dedicated to raising awareness of his conditions and helping others who also have them. He has recently set up a charity, Community Enterprise. He is also an ambassador for the National Autistic Society and State of Mind Rugby Union.

i remember his particular episode of the undateables,he is a good role model for 'hidden' autists and run of the mill men alike,he is trying to encourage self confidence in men, there is nothing out there for men, its all about women and making them feel confident about their bodies.
