Tourette Syndrome...?

Does anyone know if Tourette's can influence post content on forums like this one...?
I have seen some posts here that look like a random mix of words and I am unsure what to make of them.

There's quite a few different problems people can have that affect their ability to communicate, including the written word. Some posts in here are difficult for me to understand.

I'm known to confuse Irish people with my amazing grasp of language, really.
But it's not just that in society it's about what we do say, for example accusing someone is not on, so if I'm suspicious and wish to ask others if they noticed any strange details it's depending on how I say it. Mostly in the UK one can go to jail over social media comments, or just lawsuits that make anyone rethink what they just said.

Auto is an array of communication errors, from at times even wording accurately what happened, to misunderstanding the social dynamics. Somewhat tricky and I understand why you are confused, but one lady has video on negative effects of marijuana on Tourette's that's in my opinion relevant, however many may insist it has different effect.
Already I am crossing the line to alienate many people here with these sort of views.

Crossbreed as a pseudo name to me is a double take as it's dependent on one background to understand.... So I think of a dog as in your profile pic, that mixing breeds renders new type of breed of dog that may be retriever. Similar to ban on Elon nazzi salute many hesitate to state whether dov has papers or not when referencing People or dogs as metaphor as it is of course offensive.
I've noticed your obsessed with diagnostic criteria, and history of Kanner. Perhaps your way of congesting autism in society, we all have our coping mechanisms!
Does everyone speak English, mostly of course. Do they choose to speak English, I suppose internationalism forces this. Is it fair to assume that all people agree with British standard of intelligence acceptance, nay.
Different societies or nationalities also view women differently, so it's obsurd to think that English man would marry French girl and have expectations for her to conform unless she showed this inclination beforehand.
I think autistic individuals may not all be inclined to stereotype others unless they came from family with lot of dogma, but as individual with ASD I prefer to reserve my judgement and be open that my views have digressed as my journey of tolerance towards others about my children's diability has affected my need for approval, and I think apart of me just stopped caring. Would I come before British psychologist in my tired state to face redicule or so called assessment, nay.

Pardon me, but on wrong planet I was sarcastic about architecture of my design, but not for others creative ideas. My comment on dropping the living room entirely was based on social etiquette standards and not cutting the cup of tea (as in my pretentious father drinking rooibos tea and deciding who we may meet in his circles as to avoid my autistic son coming up, terrible embarassment)
So we have the telly room or TV corner, empty sitting room which we have less guests over years due to restrictive conversation, not being spontaneous, geek, not popular
I think clearly moving away to new town has given us space to quietly work through our issues, or I could spend my days feeling down, fighting back the tears.

I think autistic people if given chances to own houses may have some interesting changes to 'renovatikns'

I have trouble reading some posts, too. There are many possible reasons for what look like a random mix of words, including English is not their first language and language processing issues. Sometimes others' cultural references are unknown to me.

I thought Tourette's affects spoken speech, not written speech, but I could be wrong.

Me ex said that I can't and ought not to do accents, I was attempting an Indian accent when he'd cooked da famous chicken curry.
He was right, and I suppose i never attempted accents again.
But I can do Irish accent from living with me aunty Pat.... But takes long to try to say things. I've got what some have called Australian accent, some English speakers look down on me for having an accent and I'm not refering to BBC accent....
South Africans who speak English have unique non-accent when speak English, tend to look down on pronounced common UK accents, so much so as they don't want to talk to you, repeat copy phrases with accent don't like. It's also tricky because way my dad pronounces moron isn't the same and it was difficult for me to learn stiff upper lip, even word scone has eyebrows raised in certain circles.
Using word mate, to me is ok, but I think my Irish accent is more understandable, then when I say things people tend to get glimpse into why I push me laundry out.

@Kayla55, if I asked you to explain what you meant by
...and killer was lack spontaneous combustion energy via social art dynamics.
would you be able to?

It is not my intention to offend you, but I have no idea how to interpret that (and other phrases). Should I be factoring in some language-based co-morbid?

Killer meaning socially wrecked me
Spontaneous combustion as in how some girls are so lovely, spontaneous
Via social dynamics means she probably copying some creative person, and end performance is acceptable in society, I mean gosh, she didn't even come up with that herself.

And I'm sitting in heap of misery trying to survive in this world, and gosh, men do this too. Where do half lousy characters get half this attitude when clearly the definition of benefit to society is way too loosely framed.
Fine, I avoid going to places where expect these types, but honestly don't say that girl is taking my job, simply pushing it too far this time, oh no, they gave her the job. And social media bought B's that some people like n say they came up with this.

I never realised hi, followed by 2line reply on email was business letter response to clients enquiry. But the boss did this and they say I have communication problem, huh?

I never knew sleeping around in office was that much of trend, until I actually realised that's what they do all day.

Slang wasn't my language, but guess where I learnt words like killer. At work, this type of people bosses employ. Apparently normal in relaxed work environ.
I thought relaxed environment was like something else, never knew I'd get outsted at work for social click when imagined they should really persued different kind of work more suited to my rememberance of school behaviour, but it wasn't.
