Ugh, Sheffield City Hall don't do disabled/carer discounts!

I'm sure this is contrary to the 2010 Equality Act! They do the discounts at the Crucible and the Lyceum, so why not the City Hall which is a much bigger venue?!

So I contacted my local MP on this matter, and I got an email back from his Secretary yesterday, they said it's currently not illegal to not offer discounts! Smh, I'm sure it should be, as it limits a disabled person's chances to see shows, especially at the dearer venues such as the Sheffield Arena and most of the main Theatres in London's West End.
