Does anyone else have a bad problem with having unhealthy safe foods that they can eat? I'm seeing a dietitian today but I'm not sure how I'm going to approach her about my habits. I want to be more open about my diagnosis but every time I am it seems like I get brushed off for being considered high functioning.
