Ever since I discovered hypnosis videos (or guided meditations, either one), I've been curious as to what goes into a script for one. I've noticed that many Youtubers who perform guided meditations, sleep stories, and hypnotic inductions tend to use calming music or ambience to help the immersion.
Believe it or not, I contemplated doing this myself once.
Here is something I had laying around that was going to be on my YouTube channel. It's about an experience with my astral projection, my little sister Sophia and Aloe, ending with a trip to her habitat in the Oasis.
Oh...Phew...that took a minute to re-type. Ha... Okay.... I'm really tired. I'd better lay down before i burn out.

Hi! I'm Kanjifreak, you guys know who I am by now.
This is something new, different that I wanted to try, because I like guided meditations, hypnosis is a big part of my therapy as a person with high-functioning Autism, and I just thought being able to share the frequency it puts you at would be a nice act of kindness to my fans. So, here's a little something I scribbled up a while ago...
And, we just start off finding some way to relax, maybe a bed, or a nice cozy couch, if you have a weighted blanket, I really recommend doing so, just make sure it's covering you completely and that it's making you nice and fuzzy.
Now, let's started...
You've been in the downtown Wilmington area for quite a while now, and for a while, in a few tiny shops and stores, you've been seeing these hand-drawn flyers made on sketchbook paper... You can tell they were made by someone who is obviously a hobbyist; the drawing, while not the best looking in the world but you can still tell what it is, is of a cute, cheery dolphin with a star on her forehead... The flyers each have different styles when you see them, but they all have the dolphin with the star, and they announce a tarot card service for no more than two dollars, located at a dispensary named Holistic Edge, nearby around the corner. You've been wandering around mostly and haven't really spent any money on anything except a nice refreshing meal at a ramen shop, and a cold drink that you've recently finished off, so you decide that, having nothing better to do, you'll visit this little shop and see what all the fuss is about.
When you arrive at Holistic Edge, your attention is immediately drawn to a young man sitting near an ATM in the corner, while you respond to the cheery girl behind the counter greeting you, your curiosity guides you to the young man. He's wearing a pink Kirby hat, its face is made to look like he's always holding his breath, and he's dressed in a very smooth-looking bowler shirt, with a backpack sitting next to him on the floor. The black table he sits at sports a hollowed out tree trunk full of energetic gemstones and baubles for energy placement, and indeed in the center is the fabled deck of tarot cards. He says hello and asks if you would like a reading, saying it's only two dollars and it won't take long at all. So you agree, deciding it will be a fun thing to see in town. You hand him the money and when he sees how generous you're being, he smiles, thinking for a moment, and decides to upgrade your purchase, as a token of thanks.
He says that he will perform a healing spell for you that will completely remove all negative energy from you, and he assures you that it's painless, there's no drawbacks, and his magick is completely harmless. The only condition is that he must cast this spell in the form of a tale, and since you've got nowhere to be, you sit on the soft shag rug on the floor.
He tells you the story of himself, one day being assault in the mind from the terror of entropy, as his wily father and younger sister run rampant, roughhousing and causing mischief, while he makes efforts to relax by retreating within... So he does, and he finds himself falling, falling from the sky towards a wide open ocean, far as the eye can see... He falls here, still holding on to his stress and anxiety, until he lands in the water, and suddenly he is calmed by its warmth and weightlessness... He starts to float down deeper toward the bottom, until eventually he reaches the ocean floor, noticing a large, shining golden pearl, just barely transparent. He swims closer to the pearl, and when he is able to see through it he catches the images of an adorable, moon-blue Betta fish spirit, curled up in a sleeping position, slowly rotating around every so often... Until finally he hears a girl's voice in his mind call his name. It talks to him and it says "I know you need me, I know you need a friend, so just reach out." So he does, and the pearl begins to pulsate with its golden light, and the betta spirit inside opens her eyes, unfurls herself and paddles herself closer, until she can see her new friend, and she absolutely beams with pure joy, turning the pearl around her into sand that disperses with a nearby current. The betta fish spirit zips up to him and gives him a big, squishy hug, thanking him for waking her up after such a long search for a friend. They swim around for a while and get to know each other, and he explains his intermittent struggles daily life to her... She displays nothing but pure empathy in the conversation, and finally when they finish talking they arrive at a nicely-sized bed of sand surrounded by seaweed that seems to dance around with the currents...
Her name is Aloe, and she was sent to the young man to be a spirit guide to him, keeping him out of trouble and teaching him how to be happy in life. It's obvious Aloe herself possesses a very youthful soul, about the same happy energy as a ten year old girl, but with the maturity of someone in their early 20s, all while keeping a field of empathy around her and others.
He suddenly ends the story here, telling you that the reason he did so was not because of burning out, but because the story was a ritual to summon Aloe herself to you, so she could heal you of your negativity. He tells you that Aloe is visiting you now, and you begin to feel something comfortably warm and squishable, but also very long wrapped around you underneath your arms, occasionally being gently tickled by something flat and fluttery. You hear giggling and open your eyes to see a captivating, long Betta sea dragon coiled around you, smiling with pure empathy and an amethyst gem in her forehead. She tells you you're going to be okay, and that she's here to make sure you feel safe and protected. You curl up with Aloe and before you know it, the world does indeed fade away from your mind...
