Vagus nerve stimulation

Has anyone tried vagus nerve stimulation? It’s electrodes on your neck that activate the vagus nerve, decreasing the stress response. I am curious if it could help with shutdowns/meltdowns.

Maybe that's why I spend so much of my free time sat cross legged on the floor rocking.

A couple of years ago I found the perfect height seated table to have my PC monitor on. So now I can enjoy my music and online chats at the perfect height whilst swaying. As I am doing as I write this.
