Web reader mode

This is an accessibility issue, most websites might as well be in Chinese!

Are there any *android* browsers with a reader mode? I have something similar to dyslexia. Something to make websites easier to read and perhaps a Text to Speech option

I've had a look at ad block plus premium which does a web reader. ABP's Trust pilot score is poor so will give it a miss and it's quite an annoying browser anyway.
