Weightloss..and struggles

In May of 2015 my weight ballooned to 200 pounds (on a 5'7 frame) so I started the Ketogenic diet (turned into my obsession) and lost 80 pounds in four months. Yes really! I wasn't starving myself either, I got my hands on a medical text book on keto (intended for epileptics) and followed it exactly.

By November through December I f'd up big and binged on carbs and sugars and got back up to 160 pounds. Since early January I have modified my diet again but this time not as strict. I am eating breads and pastas but without HFC (high fructose corn syrup) and that seems to be working as I'm down to 140 now and intend to get to 115-120 by May and hopefully get to a size 2-4.

Anyone else trying to lose weight?

I wouldn't say I would be trying lose weight, but it's a small goal I probably won't be reaching this year. Standing at 170+ lbs for my age, I definitely would need to consider. But with depression and apathy nipping away and my well-being, along with my huge texture issues with food, I'm faced with a huge obstacle that I dread facing. I only eat horribly sugary foods, so I was thinking the first change in diet would be to eat real meat. And as for exscercising, I can't even take the PE program in my school, I would be faced with humiliation for my weight compared to my scrawny peers.

I'm forever having to manage my weight to stay at 120 or under. I do minimize sugars of all kinds and, I opt for whole grain carbs when I do indulge. A little here ant there stops the cravings that would cause me to binge on them and, nothing wrong with an edamame and quinoa salad or, sugar free, low fat rice pudding made with brown rice a couple of times a week.

The hardest part is eating away from home and, sticking to either healthy choices (hard to find sometimes) or very small portions that fit the calorie budget for the day.
