What a night and day (so far)

Last night had a nice meal at Cafe Un Deux Trois then strolled a couple of doors down to see the musical, Merrily We Roll Along. Expect some Tony Nominations for this. Daniel Radcliff has come a long way from Sorcerer's Stone and his performance was well done.

This morning went to the New Museum to see a Judy Chicago retrospective, Her Story.A lot to think about. I liked her Women's quilts.

My favorite was for Mary Anning (middle left), an amateur Paleontologist whose finds from the Jurrasic were stunning. I am sad that she died penniless.

Now we are at Hudson Yards to take in a performance of a new Sondheim musical at The Shed. Later onn we will go to see Hadestown.

Another exciting day, thank you. As currently an armchair traveler, it's great being able to see these delightful events. I look forward to my friend and our delightful travails to museums, book stores, and great restaurants, he comes in Nov. And he moves here next year. :)

I hope you have a wonderful time with him, @Aspychata.

I enjoy travel and have ever since spending time with a great Aunt. She was a very early travel agent in Detroit, back when they had to know the ins and outs of travel and destinations, arranging personal itineraries. I have one active and adventurous niece who has wanted to have adventures like the ones her grandmother and I entertained her with. I am gifting her a trip to Morocco for geology and fossil collecting.

Thank you @Gerald Wilgus . Hoping to get trips in. Think scuba diving is the first trip. Morocco sounds just divine. My girlfriend came back from Portugal and really enjoyed it.

So lovely ❤️

Thank you for the share, I love that Woman's quilt! It's nice
to be able to see what other people love doing in other parts of the world.
