What is the difference between ADHD and Autism?

The social misunderstanding, the low physical activity, the concentration level, the need to stay inside instead of outside sometimes, Autistic people doesn't react on sugar, that differs them between people with ADHD or ADD.

I would say the main difference is ADD/ADHD symptoms change all day long unlike AS which is way more consistent.
For example: my desire to avoid large crowds/social situations is constant no matter what mood my ADD has me in.:bounce:

Please note that no reputable source would ever include 'reacts on sugar' as a legitimate symptom of anything whatsoever. Sudden spikes of sugar in the bloodstream will result in a sudden energy boost on any human with a comparatively normal metabolism. Shortly thereafter, there well be a crash. In the classroom, the kids who were eating a lot of sugary stuff in the morning were never the ones who were hyper. They may have been so on the bus on the way over, but by the time they sit in class, they've crashed & they're more inattentive (WITHOUT being hyper) very tired & often leaning on their arms or nodding off, or irritable & over-tired. the sugar thing is a myth.
