What is this weird feeling? (Admiration, crush, lovesick, or something else?)

Hello again community, long time no see!

A little bit of backstory. I just know the basics of my feelings to be honest; happiness, sadness, fear, anger, more complex feelings are a bit of a challenge to me. Well, since I have a bit of a little rough time figuring this things out I have a heart rate monitor within my watch, it notifies me when I have a really high BPM while in rest (like reaching above 120 BPM without performing any activity).

Since I am someone that can't stand to me near authority figures (like teachers or rectors) I usual do get this 'High BPM' notifications and start blushing when being near them (like 3 meter or less), but, there's one thing I do not really get at all, there's one teacher with I had have some really awkward moments with, but still he is a pretty cool guy, I like how he teaches and he's pretty flexible with students, funny and social. Here's the thing, even though the teacher's desk is like 13 or 14 meters away from where I sit in class, sometimes I start blushing out of nowhere and get the 'High BPM' notification, and at times I stop looking at the board and stare at my notes, thing that doesn't even happen in my other classes, I would like to know is it because I admire him, I like him like a person, do I have a crush on him or am I lovesick?

How do you even difference them?

I would say you have a crush on him. You certainly admire him, that tends to then run into a sense of "cartoon hearts" floating around him.

I personally have always hated those intense feelings and was not as clever as you are, to use something to determine what the deep emotion is. I just felt uncomfortable and a sense of pleasure and pain.

My favourite female artist Taylor Swift, has a new song out called: georgous and she really does spell out what a crush feels like.

I think that crush is another word for lovesick, but am happy to be corrected by fantastic dictionaries on here lol

I think the difference is how much do you think about him ?if it's him and nothing else that usually defined as love if it's less so it's probably a crush.
I think I've only ever had a crush .
