Mine is always the rose but I also like hydrenas, peonies, tulips, daisies, gerberas, daffodils. I like all flowers too and some of the little ones, they are all beautiful in their own way. I also like forget me nots.
What about u?

Too many to list, but I tend to like plants that "put on a show". Large fields of big sunflowers, always spectacular. Many of the orchid species. Some of the "carrion flower" species (stink and attract flies, but still large and colorful). Agave/Century plants will put up these thick, huge stalks and big flower displays. I love the smell of roses. Bromeliad flowers, always colorful and unique, as are the ginger species. A mature adenium in full bloom. Some of the flowering trees are stunning.

Each flower has its own exquisite beauty and exotic fragrance. The smell of flowers in the air or house is divine though sometimes I like the smell outside instead of inside because of pollen.

Agree. I have a large orchid collection. I try to order from specialty nurseries on-line, I also go to orchid shows and purchase. I started out with this need to have "color" in the house during the long, dreary late-Fall to early-Spring. I would get seasonal affective disorder. Of course, Valentines Day is in February during all the overcast, cold, Winter and I would get flowers for my wife, stick them in a vase on the kitchen table, and then, a week or so, they would go bad and I would be depressed again. So, after a while, I'm thinking "Why am I spending $60-80 on flowers that only last a week?" "I could just buy a flowering houseplant, or two, for the same price." Well, as you know, even flowering plants only flower for a little while, once, maybe twice a year. So, the next thing you know, I am buying different species of orchids that flower at different times a year, so at least "something" is blooming at any given time. Years later, I end up with a collection, an addiction, and a wife that complains about too many plants in the house. :D

I like to plant flower bulbs in the yard. They're low maintenance perennials. Some, like daffodils, easily spread by producing new bulbs. I buy amaryllis bulbs and Christmas cacti every fall because they'll bloom inside the house when outdoors is dreary, and I then plant the amaryllis bulbs in the yard in the spring. I like orchids, too. Some of my orchids are at least 10 years old. They're like old friends. :)

Too many to list lol. But my main favorites are roses (especially orange and champagne roses), tulips, daffodils, birds of paradise, zinnias, and sunflowers. I love fields of wildflowers and daisies too.

I love orange roses with the flecks of yellow they remind me of the sunset. I also enjoy poppies, I love it when they pop. I love lavender, the smell and the fact it attracts bumble bees. I enjoy looking at daisies too, they make me smile, I like making daisy chains. Dandelions too ^-^

It's spring time here so I look forward to the daffodils.

I'm not good at remembering complicated names, but someone taught me what agapanthus were so now I get all excited when I see them and proud of myself for knowing their name ^-^

I like deep fried lotus root too

And buttercups, honey suckle

All the plants that flower, and the ones that don't, too.

But... especially... Iris - all of them, from the little ones that come up like crocus, to the great, big, bearded monsters that look like they can talk.

My current playmates are an assortment of Voodoo Lilies (carrion flowers) that look like they come from a vampire's wedding bouquet (but smell like poop, tho' only for one day).

I think flowers are exquisite, but mostly enjoy the ones that don’t smell very strongly. The smell of flowers is not something I enjoy at all.

I am amazed by the intricate designs of flowers, often so symmetrical, mathematical and fascinating.

Did you take all these photographs? And the ones in your profile?
They are all just incredibly fantastic. Thank you for sharing.
Yes. I love seeing the world through a camera.
Thank you so much. Precious words, @Ken.

Some flowers may be symmetrical
But some are not.
That is what I think.
Overall some may be somewhat symmetrical but some have marked differences the sense that no two flowers are the same.
