Above.

Vote in the Poll and discuss. I use Chrome OS but I'm not the world's greatest fan of it, it can't do much except browse and download Chrome specific apps from the Web Store.

Give me a Mac or a Windows so I can program in C and/or Python and use Unity and Blender.

I use Windows 10 Home; on my Main PC, and ChromeOS on my Chromebook which is right beside me... also, Ubuntu is a Distro of Linux so, in a way you've got Linux listed twice ;) :P (Not to be offensive, just pointing it out :) )

Though I was dual booting with that and Mint for a brief time; there was an issue where it screwed with Win 10s clock, and I also used both in a VM (Virtual Machine) for Pi-Hole (super useful, blocks Ads Network wide by re-routing Ads to a different IP address before they even get a chance to load in both Apps and Web Browser pages, though if you use it for your Xbox/PS4 it'll bork the XBL/PSN connection; didn't really work with them anyways)

I tried to set up a dual boot with Win10 and Mint when I got my laptop, but it broke the MBR. I was too frustrated to try again so I just deleted all the partitions and started over. I wish now I had put the time in to make it work.

RIP :( Yeah It worked fine for me but it broke the system clock for Windows 10 :P I've considered getting a Rasp Pi, but idk, it's expensive (between $80 to $90 CAD) just to get a little wee screen for one

You can get kits with hdmi output or another output to match a screen or tv you already have can't you? I'm sure I've seen them when I was looking into the possibility of building a dedicated Emubox.

You can, but it'd be more convenient for me to have a dedicated screen... I could use my TV as well, but that'd require murdering my neck (I have it mounted above my Desk) and my HDMI Switch is full (got my PC, Xbox & Nintendo Switch plugged into it)

I have started using OpenBSD for everything, unless there is a reason not to use it.
My desktop computer uses Linux (Manjaro but will move back to Gentoo) as I play games and like to use Steam.

I'm planning to install OpenBSD on a laptop that are currently being assembled by the manufacturer.
I also have a PC Engines apu2 board, Sun Ultra 5 and Dell PowerEdge R610 that has OpenBSD installed but not is currently not in use.

The dark heart of my PC is the unholy, foul travesty known as Windows 10.

But soon.... SOON.... I'm getting a Linux machine (after realizing that *most* of my games can use Linux). Though it'll also have Win 10 as a backup that I can switch to for those things that just refuse Linux compatibility.

I've been wanting to do this for a LONG time.

If you're absolutely new to Linux i'd recommend either Ubuntu or Fedora. They are both beginner friendly linux distributions.

I use Fedora with the LXDE desktop environment. My BeagleBone Black uses Arch Linux.
Fedora or CentOS is useful if you want to learn RHEL since both draw from Fedora.
Ubuntu is neat.
