What powers would you want to behold!?

Ever wonder what kind of super power you wished you had and wishing they were real!? What would your super power be and why!?

Mine of course would be Goku’s instant transmission from Dragon ball Z (some of y’all are familiar with)
I can just teleport wherever by sensing the place where I want to go I won’t have to walk a long distance to my destination since I’m lazy sometimes lol.

My other one (realstic sounding but may never happen lol) would be the power that Magneto from X-men has but instead of controlling objects and manipulating the magnetic field around him. I would want to control all of the waste and garbage that has ended up in our oceans and create one massive trash ball and send it somewhere like the sun or something like that.

Time travel, I would like to make a little tweak in my family history. I thought about it a hundred times that my grandfather shouldnt have been stabbed in a freakish robbery incident at his moviehouse in 1940, it just didn't make any sense to me.

If you are a fan of deathnote 2, there was a girl who could kill with her eyes, even by just looking at people on live TV. I would love to have that power and finish off at least 5-6 warmongers in international politics.
 
The following three:

Telepathy - it'd be a good way to tell if someone's lying, try and help people who have problems but don't want to discuss them, talk to people from long distances away, etc: Telepathy

Telekinesis - it's pretty much a Swiss army knife in terms of powers and, depending on how good you get with it, you can do a lot more with it: Telekinesis

Teleportation - this one would be good for getting to places and getting out of bad situations quickly. It'd also be good if you could teleport objects and people to different locations too: Teleportation
 
I dont know if you know the serie Heroes, but some guy called Matt had the power to control mind. I know Prof X has the same and even stronger but the way it was shown in this serie heroes was amazing.

If I had any power that would be that, no need for strenght, basically with this power you could rule the world and end any conflict, without anyone considering that dictatorship.

But your question is too easy, what powerS :D

My favorites "comics" power are telekinesis mind control but ofc everyone like super strenght and immortality kek.

I also loved Shikamaru's shadow power in naruto, very original to me.

But I dont like characters like sangoku, well i like them I dont hate them, I ejoye dragon ball ( favorite character is Vegeta, Future Trunks ,Cell) but it has gone to far after dragon ball and now they all basically can destory planets , I mean what is the use of any power if you destroy everything.Iv always like street level heroes more ( except i love wolverine but thats maybe because of the suit kek) like spiderman or batman ( to me his Intellectual abilites are like a super power.)

But to stay into the realm of OP stuff, I loved bleach and the idea of finding out what inner power you had in your soul also. I always imagined mine would be some kind of wolf.



When I was a kid teen I read a manga ( didnt read it entierely , I should try to find it but its rare and not so popular in Europe.) called Wing-man, the guy had a magical book and he could draw anything he wanted, He designed an amazing suit like a power ranger ( i love their look) but even better , you can find it on google.

And so I day dreamed a lot about finding this book myself and doing crazy stuff aswell , so basically having any power but iv also imaged I should write that I was the only one able to write it and I imagined some magical IA to help me write it as well as possible. ( I mean not making design mistake or rules mistake.)

I can’t say I’m familiar with the Serie Hero’s, I may check that out!

There’s a reason why I made the question easy and that is it would be kind of boring if you are just limited to one power. Think about it if you had multiple powers at your disposal there would be greater opportunities you wish you could accomplish except for the abuse of power

I’ve only seen the anime series of death note. I had no idea they made death note into a movie (two of them as I would say), I may check em out sometime!
 
1. Being able to talk to bugs.
2. Being able to cast the spell of verbal flatulence. I'd use this when someone makes me really mad, like dangerously cuts me off driving. What it does is makes the recipient fart loudly and noxiously every time they try to speak, for the next 6 weeks.
 
To disappear and just fade away. Would come in handy for those times when everything gets to be too much. Just "poof" and everything is A-OK.

Time travel sounds appealing too (forwards or backwards, doesn't matter), but I fear that I might not like what I see in the future to come. Might be best if I didn't do that, just use some imagination and go from there.

Of course, with great power there's great responsibility. And drawbacks. Lots of drawbacks. Is it worth it?

I wonder if I could do the ‘Friday-big-shop’ and not have to go passed my front door?

Make a cup of tea without leaving one’s seat?


A rewind super power might be fun, rewind as many times as I like until I’ve either understood a person/situation or got it right.

Like a Groundhog Day- only not the whole day, just moments.

I guess you can accomplish some of these to an extent without super powers. Just be filthy rich and pay people to do stuff for you. 'I'll have tea now Jeeves and then be a good fellow and take Ruby to do the shopping." :D

Wake up one morning and tah-darr !!

So much money I could pay people to do chores.
(That would make me even lazier than telekinesis:D)
 
Oooooh.......this is a tough one! I'd probably want the power of not giving a crap. Not empathy wise, i'd still have worries and weaknesses fears and hopes, but just not really caring about anything truly terrifying. Like, just being really calm in the face of any sort of scary situation. Murderer sneaks into my room at 3am? No problem, just kick them out of the house, call the cops, and go back to bed. Enemy ruins my reputation and revels in my despair? Meh, whatever, poetic justice will find them someday, i'll just go play some video games and do whatever i was doing anyway. Giant weird organization taking over the world? Sure, I'll go talk to them, maybe over a nice cup of tea. However, one fear would still stand: The ever present terror of the chargerless, low phone battery in public, with no power outlets! :eek:
Also I'd like to be able to fly off in a cloud of rainbow glitter because that is always the best way to end awkward conversations with people i don't like or want to talk to. The glitter is optional though.

Harry Potter's invisibility cloak might have come in handy at times. :cool:

But forget those wands. If you think cellphones are vulnerable in your back pocket, wait until you try to get a refund from Ollivander's. :eek:
