I might ask "messy" questions. So i need someone I can communicate with.

...Because I don't know what autism is. I was diagnosed in the past. I might try finding a Muslim community for quality answers or quality time.

These general summaries should get you started:

Signs and Symptoms of Autism Spectrum Disorder

What Is Autism Spectrum Disorder?

After reading these, you may have more specific questions. I like Google Scholar for scientific research articles on specific topics, such as "autism and diet", or "autism and dopamine", or "autism and schizophrenia", so on and so forth. You can limit your searches to say, the past 5 years, and you will get the latest information.

I personally learned a lot from autistic content creators on YouTube, but I also was doing research like Neonatal suggested about. Typically based on something mentioned or referenced by one of the autistic content creators.

For me though it was just random fate really, as YouTube one day just decided to recommend me one such creator and I was like "You know what? I probably should watch this, might learn something about myself." and that just sparked an interest in me to finally research autism to better understand myself.
In hindsight I should've done so much sooner, could've saved myself some trouble and pain.
