where to take a fashion design major for a date

What're good places to take someone who majors in Fashion Design?
I am thinking one of those drawing places would be good. Anything else, maybe something that is interactive/hands-on as well?

er, I saw on a dating show where you can take people to an art shop, like you get a canvas each and some paints and you're put opposite each other. maybe a bit much for a first date though, it was later in their acquaintance.

A restaurant with good food is never wrong. You just talk about the food. Chinatown? lots to look at there.

You know what would be so cute? Usually at the top floor of Nordstrom, there's a little restaurant called the Nordstrom Cafe. Take her to the mall, and then up to the little cafe. It's surprisingly quiet and romantic for being in a Dept store. And the prices are good. I think she'd really like it.

Another fun idea is if your state is open, and you have a big science museum, the kind that kids go to on field trips. There are usually all kinds of fun activities. I can imagine you guys smiling and acting like kids.

You are so sweet to be thinking like this. She must be someone very special, and it sounds like you are too!

Thank you. Just to let you know, the potential someone is a "he".

Not design related but miniture golf is fun for a first date. Go carts too!

Also, consider bringing him a small silly gift like an apple, a balloon, a top or even one of those finger trap thingies. One of my favorite people did this when we first met. It was so silly that it lightened the mood and showed me he was friendly.

If I see him again, it would be our 3rd date. We've shared a few personal things. Seems authentic but overly shy and unsure.

I'd hate dealing with a finger trap and don't remember how to deal with one of those things, lol. I'd be upset to get something like that unless it was a hot guy who physically pleasuring me all over after immediately removing the finger trap.
