Who Has Any Phobias, and Subsequently Any Obsessions/Compulsions With Them?

I do. I have emetophobia (phobia of vomiting) and I thus have mysophobia (phobia of germs). I'm always trying not to inhale certain air deeply or through my mouth, I always use certain fingers for eating, and others for other activities, and I always wash my hands before eating anything I'm going to have to physically touch (like a cookie, but with knives and forks it's ok). I have listed my complusions in many other places and forums, and I couldn't name them once more as it would take way too long, but their mainly what you'd expect with my phobias. I also have a phobia of crowds, and always make sure I'm the last in a queue and wait for crowds to go through doors or corridors before I do.

I typically wait until I'm last in a queue (though I typically call it a line, given I'm across the pond from you), and I'm nearly as careful with the food I eat and air I breathe. When using a public restroom - which I avoid like the plague - I hold my breath for the entire duration. Since I only use public restrooms for urination and am male, that's not too difficult.

One time a little girl sneezed near my food whilst I was eating. I realized at that moment that I could subconsciously visualize air-flow and, due to the fact that some minor amounts of her sneeze reached my food, I deemed it inedible, despite the fact that my dinner company saw it as terribly rude and obnoxious of me. When my girlfriend chastised me for it, just explaining what happened and her not understanding why the food was inedible gave me a panic-attack.

You're not alone. ;)

I have mostly "pure obsessional" OCD. My fears are going crazy, darkness, enclosed spaces (elevators), crouds, becoming schizophrenic, my family dying and demon possession. Note that I don't believe in demons. I don't have contamination or order ocd but I am a bit of a hypochondriac.

I also have fears of driving which mostly have gone away. I still fear hitting animals or people, accidentally running a red light, accidently running into oncoming traffic.

Yesterday a yellow-jacket flew into my car and I pulled over until it flew out of the window :( I almost had a panic attack.

I don't know why but autocorrect always spells out acronyms...
