Xbox One problems

Topic.

I have WWE 2K18 on disc, tried to play it today, and it won't load, says I had previously bought the game digitally, which I did last year, and then got a refund on it because it was faulty and didn't work.

I previously installed the game from the disc though and have been playing it before, but now it doesn't work. Is there anything I can do? I might try uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that works.

Uninstalling and reinstalling seems your best bet, is there perhaps an error message it provides when it tries to load? Is the disc perhaps scratched?

Don't wipe the disc in a circular motion. Wipe in straight line towards center all the eay around.

I have uninstalled and attempted to reinstall the game, it requires a 7.9 Gig update to run, and has crashed with an error.

I have been on Xbox.com with the error number and nothing is coming up, the number is 0x87E00064.

Can anyone help? As mentioned I've attempted to look up the error number on Xbox.com.

Last night, I restarted my Xbox One after it initially crashed while attempting to install the game, and for a time it worked then, until I had to turn it off to go to bed, and due to problems I don't wish to go into today, I've been too busy to put Xbox on to resume download.

The game has now fully downloaded and installed and works just as it did before.

The original copy I had crashed. so I had to uninstall, but it wouldn't reinstall! Today I bought a new copy of the game, which has installed perfectly fine and I installed all the downloadable content I previously bought for the game and it works perfectly.

Hmm, I just tried to reinstall the game on the Xbox One S at my Parents and it won't install, this is the new copy I bought last week.

Without telling me to Google, is there anything I can do?
