Oy! This is the fifth zoom chat we've had to endure in the past two weeks. It's the third this week!
After the first ten minutes, my mind begins wandering, and I just don't retain a lick of information from them. It's especially bad if there's more than one speaker on the screen.
I try to write down meticulous notes, and I tell myself to mindfully focus, but after the zoom chat, I forget almost everything, and often the context of the notes I took.
If they weren't required, I wouldn't do them at all.
Is this an aspie thing? Can anyone relate? Any advice on retaining knowledge during zoom chats?
