Well, I had some copper wire lying around, and decided to put a little magnet through it. Imagine my surprise when it went around in circles.
I think I have a wasp nest in a wall somewhere. I keep seeing them even though I blocked all the ways I thought they were getting in. They haven't stung me yet though.

😳 That doesn't sound fun.

There's a great insecticide you can buy that works well called Bifenthrin - biferrous nitrate. It's a 30 day surface spray that completely breaks down over that time. As it breaks down it gives off a gas that is toxic to insects but safe for mammals. Unkind to caged birds though. If sprayed in to enclosed spaces such as wall cavities the gas will stay trapped inside for years.

Bifenthrin is also great for ant nests, just squirt a little down the hole and the whole nest gets wiped out. I have no idea what brand names it will be marketed under in your country though. It looks expensive but you dilute it 100:1 before use.

I wish I could be ok with my own discomforts while knowing others have it much worse.

You and I both know that your mother doesn't have any power over you unless you allow it.

When my cousin stole $2000 worth of games from me, she lied to my uncle and told him my cousin was too much of a good boy to do anything like that. He got away with that because of my mother’s lies.

This is all in the past. Stop looking behind you because you're not going that way.
I wish I had a large gauge cigar. And a bourbon on the rocks. And time today to enjoy those things.

Most likely.

Wanna hear the one about caffeine?
The girls at the sleep over running upstairs to tell my mother
they thought I was dying?

It was nothing that severe, but a spectacular case of hives....

Thanks.

I have many helpful reminders of what not to do.
I feel blue, blue like the Navi
Because every food that I love hates my body
Pity me, pity me, I deserve your sadness
Compared to me, everyone is full of gladness

OK, that was the best sad song I could come up with in 30 seconds.
Strangely enough, I'm craving pepperoni pizza... Which I never really liked 🤔

I get those sorts of cravings sometimes. I believe there's some particular chemical that my body is after so I usually let it have what it wants - unless it's just after more junk food. A few weeks ago it was beer, for the first time in 6 months. Drank one beer and that was enough, all of a sudden I was really tired and slept for a few hours.

I think that's the case, the body is very wise and gives you signs of what it needs

Like people who eat dirt when their iron levels are low?

...proceeded to, FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON:

1. Walk silently and emotionless up to a Terminator Salvation arcade game.

2. $2.00 inserted, screen glitches and now says $16 money in. Lol

3. THEN PROCEED TO, ACTIVATE BOTH 1P AND 2P GUNS, SEWER LEVEL

I don't think I've ever felt so alive in my entire life.

There was just, so, so much devastation unleashed. I Terminated like i never terminated before.

if it is really really bad, doctors can prescribe a few different medicines for GERD ....because if it is really really bad it can lead to bleeding ulcers and other bad things...

Is it suspicious that all three members with birthdays today were those who made accounts and left that same day?

Maybe there is some duplicity, but l would ignore it.
Just saw Avatar 2 in the theater in 3D. I missed it the first time around. It sure looks better like that than in 2D on my TV.

I thought the storyline was pretty amateurish. There were too many things that seemed arbitrary and added as surprises without background. It was not internally consistent with the original.
Bought coffee - was $12, now $24. Bought an acorn squash - was $1.50, now $5.18.

It's true - the future is not what it used to be.
Found this at an estate sale in Etna, Cal., yesterday.

McCloud, Cal., is near Mt. Shasta and was once a huge logging company town, complete with three hotels to house execs of various companies doing business in the town and row after row of identical houses for employees. The town is still inhabited and kept up relatively well. I need to take pics of it sometime.

Got my hands on some new bizarre (and expensive) rendering software. I'm not even going to try to explain what in the world is going on here. It's not a fractal, but it's not a polygonal object either. Powerful stuff though. I can do a lot with this. Though it takes even longer to render than my fractals do. I need more power.
Well, a friend showed me trick they used to win the science fair when they were younger. They put baking soda in a balloon and filled a soda bottle with vinegar. The carbon dioxide made the balloon inflate.

We used to do the same with pill bottles...just to see the pressure build up and pop the cap upwards...lol
