I was diagnosed with ASD (specifically Asperger’s) and I’ve been having like “obsession cycles”
Which is pretty common for me, I get obsessed with a tv show, and in that show usually the obsession pinpoints a specific person. But recently it targeted an actual person in my life which definitely made me uncomfortable, and just now I’m getting over this obsession. Is there any way to prevent myself from getting obsessed with someone else whether in my life or a series? 696F7184-21C4-4076-9B29-D1AD6495477C.jpeg
