hello everyone my name is nick. My son is Maysen, he is 3 years old very smart and I am looking for a place to take my son to start getting help he needs. He is my first child I have and appointment to see what part of the spectrum he is on and would like your help trying to find places that would be able to help further him in any way i am currently in Raleigh North Carolina.
