Hello everybody! [emoji1]

I just wanted to ask if any of you guys have food issues? I do. I can't eat too much gluten or sugar otherwise I get grumpy [emoji35]. Yesterday I ate a whole Cadbury Chocolate bar (100 gramms) and I got aggressive and sad. I kept crying and rn I'm feeling awful [emoji24] [emoji35] .

Does this ever happen to you guys? If so, let me know please! Have a good day! [emoji4]

I have too many to count. Gluten sensitivities, lactose intolerance, hypoglycemic/prediabetic, etc. Basically, if its not a good meat, a leafy veggie, or a berry, I don't react well to it. Makes it difficult when all the food that comes in the house is stuff you SHOULDN'T touch, but do anyhow, since its there...and people wonder why I ache and am fat....

Wow!

Used to eat a lot of sugar when I was younger, I loved it! It was something that my parents gave me if I was 'good.' So eating anything sweet made me really happy. Desserts were for special holidays, which were fun, and at christmas and in the summer there was ice cream and chocolate bars. Still like chocolate, its a treat for me.

You might have reactions to chocolate, if the sugar or the cocoa and caffeine content made you sad or aggressive. Or it might be something else that's happening in your life. If you don't eat chocolate that much, that might be the reason, like a slight intolerance to that type.

It's not terrible to eat chocolate, you should enjoy it at your age. But if it made you feel funny, then maybe its the kind of chocolate or the sugar. You could switch to another kind till you find something that doesn't make you feel that way.

i dont have medical issues with food as such, i do suspect i have intolerance to gluten and casin as i go bright red and feel like im on fire in my face and ears when i have it,and when i drink pure milk i get diorreah.

i have acute sensory issues with food,i have a very limited diet to and its also got to be a certain way on the plate.

My Aspie daughter has celiac disease, so no gluten for her. She had stomach aches every night for a long until we got the diagnosis and cut out the gluten.
