  • Has anyone ever had a headache that lasted for a few days to a week? I find myself being prone to them usually if I over exert myself. I haven’t been sleeping the best either. Should I change my diet around and see if that helps?

I have often experienced this. I'm guessing it's probably quite hot where you are? Heck, it's hot here in the UK and we aren't exactly famous for that lol! If this has started happening recently, you may need to drink more fluids. But don't over do it with the water as this can flush electrolytes out of your system and give you a headache too.

Are you definitely staying hydrated? Dehydration can certainly cause headaches that last for a while.

Also, tension in your shoulders and neck can cause headaches.

Have you got a new glasses recently?

I have headaches pretty frequently. Usually it’s from dehydration or tension. Sometimes bright lights. Oh yeah, and hunger.
Each time I hear an unexpected noise my brain interprets as something bad may happen and I have to do something about it
I’m hallucinating the sounds of people talking in a muffled tone. I’ve experienced hallucinations where I hear my mom or stepdad calling my name in the past.

@Luca my Apple Watch has been showing that I have been hitting my sleep goal for the past few days. When I work, I usually am up at 6:45 or so. If I work at 6:30-7 I’m up at 4:30am-5:30

Sounds OCD related. I have experienced the same. If it is outside of your head, as if someone is speaking to you from far away, that would be a different story. If it’s from inside of our heads, it is another element of intrusive thoughts.

    you gotta search around.

OR ask Tree, she's good at finding things.

(Though in the current state of affairs, that's difficult.)

So, this doesn't count as crowing about eating for free?
Or is 'tomorrow' meant metaphorically ?

My dog, Benji woke me up because of the storm. He pants VERY loud, and is nervous by thunder. Lucky wife snored through that.
I really like the taste sensation of lemons (not the slang term used to describe nsfw fanfics)

When I used to get lemon with fish and chips, I would always chew the lemon afterwards. I didn't know it was there as a condiment lol! People thought I was weird. I do like lemon. I like sour candy too. :)

When I was little, my grandma used to cut up lemons for me to eat.
She liked watching me, "Oh how can you do that? How can you eat them?"
    she'd say and laugh. :)
