@mysterionz it is important thank you! It is super good it is kind of brioche taste wise. Ashkenazi Jews are Jews who come from places in europe like Germany and Russia so the bread reflects that so yes Jews from other places eat different kinds of bread. 1/2

but there is some crossover since at least in the USA there is some amount of exchange between cultures so I know Sephardic Jews who eat challah. 2/2

POTS symptoms are bad today. Everytime I stand it feels like I am having a heart attack. But I am seeing a concert today so I will just chug a gatorade and cross my fingers.
I have been off lithium for about a week now I have feelings again I am so happy and thankful that my psychiatrist was willing to let me go off of it

I didn’t realize they still used lithium, it’s a pretty dangerous medication and I had terrible side effects from it too. I’m really glad you’re off it.

@Luca yeah I was on it for five years and the side effects were bad it was supposed to make my emotions with my autism more manageable but all it did was make my brain go a bit slow (kinds of it goes way too fast) and make my super thirsty so I am glad to be off of it with no long term issues!
can't walk well right now because I walked too soon and stressed my leg but the rest of me feels better so that's good

Get well! I had mild COVID that was initially knocked out by Paxlovid then 5 days later got a recurrence that was soon gone. I do not want to go through that again.

I personally love when people use these things a lot. It's way better than Twitter!
I find it so amazing that I am here enough to recognize people here and people recognize me! I am so thankful for all my friends and acquaintances on this amazing forum!

In face to face encounters, it surprises me that people recognize me even though
I'm wearing different clothes from the last time they saw me.

This has been good for me too. I have an appreciation for many here and am sad to see people still struggling with the same things for so long.

@Forest Cat Thing were ok I am not a cruise person to say the least but some parts were fun. I loved watching the ocean while eating unlimited desserts so even though the crowds of people and embarkation was rough I can't complain too much.

Unlimited desserts? That sounds very interesting, my type of cruise. :D I was on a cruise to Denmark a while ago, they did not have unlimited desserts. So that's not good.

@Forest Cat You have to pay and it is quite expensive so I will not be able to have wifi during the cruise.

Oh I see. Of course they want to prey on peoples wallets, I should have known that. Well, I hope you have a nice trip anyway.

Have a great cruise. I wish l was on one. Check to see if they have a business center, sometimes they have general use computers, then you can visit us and tell us about the fun meals, entertainment, the beautiful views. Take some fun pics of scenery, maybe you might make a friend too. Sometimes they offer yoga classes. And maybe they have a area for games for young adults, I see fun in your future. :)
every day I am thankful somebody gifted me a vip membership. I hope to be able to pay it forward one day.

that´s cute. but I don´t think that you stand in the debt of someone. I think the gratitude is that you feel happy about it and that probably was the intention of the person who gave you the vip membership. (it was not me lol)
