    Or workout one whole week, then reward yourself. Sometimes working out puts you in such a good mood, that you may not want it. I use rewards to push me to better habits.

    Sorry about the meltdown earlier today. 90 degree weather and 80 percent humidity made me dehydrated, and when I am dehydrated, I become whiny.

    I just found out I have to ride the bus for a few hours this afternoon because my friend who was supposed to help me by driving decided to back out at the last second. I hate my life and the fact that nobody local cares if I live or die.

    They were never a friend to begin with. I had a "friend' when l needed help, they disappeared. I went over to say hi to them yesterday, but l stay less in contact with them now. It's more for weather related stuff now that l talk to them, or things going on with our management office. And l will not put myself on the line to help them if it involves driving them anywhere.

    I don't take it personally anymore, there are good people and bad people. You just met up with a bad person who probably truly dosen't care about anyone. It's not you personally. You have to care about yourself, you can't wait for others to step up and be there, it's a survival mindset. When people tell me, I am your friend, l think yeah, right.
