    Saw my ex girlfriend at the Extended Stay the other day. Wasn't even mad she was holding hands with another guy, in fact once I got back to the room that day, first thing I said to my mother when I told her was "haha, good luck, buddy, I'll time ya if you want me to!!"

    ....I'm not gonna lie though, it was fun to have someone to "play with" *winkwink* 😝 Actually really miss that...

    We are officially on our way to another hotel room! An old friend of my mother's who used to work with her at Eckerds when I was little just CashApped us $200!!

    Was on a roguelike binge last night on my phone and I was in the mood for a zombie setting so I played Cataclysm DDA, and now for no reason I am inspired to get back into Bushcraft again.

    Well, this is certainly a rougher ride than most. SA can't actually pay the 2 weeks on the room until Monday because the director lady that helped us previously apparently had some kind of emergency and now we're sitting out here while my mother has irons in the fire trying to figure things out. Waiting on some friends to respond. Somebody help me manifest success here, I'm too burnt out from this mornings panic attc

    Well, since our car finally gave out on us a month ago we have been in and out of hotel rooms trying to stay out of the weather. According to my mother we are almost at the "finish line" as she puts it, I heard we are supposed to be getting an apartment soon. Please pray for me and my folks that we don't have to be in the rain today.

    Well, it rained cats and dogs here. Freezing cold came with it and begging at gas stations was about as profitable as playing tic tac toe against a cockroach. Thankfully I have heard the mention of an Uber to a local motel where a new friend may let us rest for the night

    So get this: didnt make a lot of money asking at the gas stations today but instead of cash somebody gave us a FREAKING HOTEL ROOM!! Guy just gave me the room key!! It's good until tomorrow morning, so at least we can get some sleep and not have to be out in the open.

    New friend came over and after hearing about one of my autistic moments today (Walmart was packed) he had went out and got a $54 sativa vape. Okay then I guess lol. Cool guy. Really good stuff, helping me out greatly, my legs feel like they're made of paper.

    Once again I decided to give up on happiness. When my own stepfather uses his schizophrenia as an excuse to bully me into acting right and boots me out of our hotel room for the day or longer, and even my mother or sister won't take my side or stand up to him in my own defense, there's not much point in even thinking about happy things because whatever happiness I do get won't last long enough to appreciate.

    Is there nothing you can do to get away from him? From everything you say, it sounds like he is the real source of your troubles. And it doesnt sound like he's going to change his ways.

    It's either that or homelessness for him from what I gather, and he's already been homeless for a while and he nearly committed suicide from the stress. A really nasty situation.

    Wake up at 12:20 ish, about to pack up and leave the room. Get to car, stepdad accidentally locked keys inside last night, got them back, suddenly phone makes dingdong sound, Mom got paid (our other check). Another night at same NOICE hotel. I love spontaneous blessings.

    Holiday Inn Express called the cops on us to kick us out a few days ago.... And they said we never paid them. I have been down there multiple times while we stayed there to witness my mother doing so. Then when my dad asked the cops if they heard the GM say they refused our payment, they said they heard no such thing and that we were "defrauding an innkeeper". Just another reason to have more hatred for this society!

    Did you pay the hotel with cash? But failed to get a receipt from the hotel to prove you had paid?

    What method of payment did your mom use?

    I was very surprised earlier this month when I went to a dermatologist and
    the receptionist said they didn't accept cash. So instead of the transaction
    being completed at that time, it was 3 weeks before their billing department
    which is in another state, sent me a bill, and I went to the CU, got a money
    order, and mailed it to them.
