As is hand writing sadly. I still like doing my hand written calligraphy though.

The classics aren't introduced to the young anymore, in fact kids have trouble with anything longer than a few paragraphs, likely due to the focus on "reading comprehension" for testing. In depth reading of great literature has almost disappeared.
Ever been so obsessed about something that you stayed up all night, despite all other engagements for the next day?

Yeah. I tend to do that. Though I overload myself with anxiety and make it difficult to not only sleep, but wake up the next day feeling good. I just can't with things that stress me out. Though things I'm excited about I feel ready to go for the moment I wake up. It's funny how my brain works. :P
I wonder which is better: Getting licked by a dog or having a cat lie on top of you?

The cat. Doesn't smell like dog spit, doesn't act annoying, kind of nice to have. Very very fond of cats.
Anyone else experience different types of dreams after watching or listening to something before falling asleep?

If I've been watching a TV series, it is common for me to start having dreams that insert myself into the series.
Typical. Just when I'm about to go to bed, one of bookshelves has just collapsed.

That sounds very stressful. Hope you were able to sleep after that unpleasant surprise.
I heard they just resurrected the dire wolf species. Jurassic Park may not be far off.

Other words, the return of the dire wolf could be a step towards the return of some dinosaurs and such that might put us in a dire situation.😳

They did? How sci-fi! Does that mean we don't have to worry about extinctions from global warming I wonder 🤔

I guess they'd be loads of extinctions we wouldn't even know about
I hate when the temperature drops drastically. I hope it rises just as quickly.

I personally am not opposed to the cold. But a surprise cold snap can definitely be annoying. Especially of you plan on gardening, or are currently gardening.
After all that rain, some places are seriously flooded. I hope the people all right. Stay safe, everyone.
Listening to songs without the lyrics hits different.

Are you talking about music that has been stripped of its lyrics, or those that were released as instrumentals?

I know a song that was instrumental, first.
Music To Watch Girls By, The Bob Crewe Generation (1966)

Andy Williams added lyrics in 1967.

(It actually started off as a jingle for Diet Pepsi.)
