The Lowly Dawn Simulator 2016-12-09

Don't have a dawn simulator but I do have a northern light box, which I sit in front of for 20 minutes regularly in the winter. Might consider a dawn sim in the future. Note: Some meds such as lithium, St. John's Wort, melatonin, tetracycline, acne creams and retinoic acid and some chemo drugs makes you sensitive to light.

I used strategically placed full spectrum photographic CFL lamps,A negative ion generator/filter where I slept and a guaranteed 15 full minutes of daylight exposure last winter and beat my SAD issues. I am always on the lookout for other methods to combat what totally destroys my world during the end of winter until I get back outside in the spring.
