1990s Alternative Rock

Ian McNabb teamed up with Neil Young's backing group, Crazy Horse. The result? A fine single in, "You Must Be Prepared to Dream." But I prefer his earlier recordings with the Icicle Works. :)

"Love is a Wonderful Colour" has a great autumn music video. I seen it on cable years ago. Then again on YouTube.

I think the proper saying here is blast from the past!

Haven’t listened to this group in so long, but I used to have their CDs on repeat.

Time for a trip down memory lane, thank you Mr. Stevens.
You bet :) They were a favorite of mine toward the end of high school and in college. Tigermilk and The Life Pursuit in particular. Some of their more recent stuff is really good, too. And Stuart Murdoch is probably one of my favorite lyricists, along with Shane McGowan, Joni Mitchell, Van Dyke Parks, and Gil Scott-Heron. I love how most of these songs are like very short stories.
