I have a tendency to shoot off half baked, maybe too deadpan comments online and itā€™s a bad habit. I was just trying to say ā€œIā€™ve barely heard of him tooā€.

I definitely wasnā€™t trying to put that negatively. I was thankful for what they did.

I overreacted to the realisations, just recently, about what is happening in the world.

I expected the opposite through brain exercise.

But then, dementia, due to ADHD, may have more to do with depression, bipolar, anxiety, lifestyle, diet, etc.
I don't have any of those conditions to a significant degree.

Brains with ADHD are constantly working in unique ways. That kind of mental stimulation might actually offer some protection in other contexts

Reason would suggest this.
I was expecting verification, but this was not what I found.
I might have to search harder.
