am i burnout, lazy, or depressed?

i can’t tell if this is a joke or not?
Why would it be? Your diet is crucial for a happy life.
Why raw? Sounds a bit much. Even doing cooked carnivore is a lot to adjust. My oldest son is on carnivore. I did it with him while I was staying with him.
Yes. You do have to ease into it.
No point doing cooked when raw is better. You receive full nutrients from the food that way. Think of what happens when you are cooking anything over a fire. You destroy bacteria, sure, but you're also destroying nutrients you need and want. It is fine to eat if it comes from a healthy animal. You're instincts will tell you whether it is safe to eat raw or not.

Madisen662 You have probably had very good advise by now.

The title even of your thread seems to suggest that you may be being hard on yourself for calling yourself things like lazy.

Anyway, you seem to have good things for you going in your life and people to speak to in the real world if you wanted to as well, use them if you need to as well and feel safe enough to do so. Keep on trying to appreciate what you have.

I don’t know if you have replied to this in this thread, but it is winter and I don’t know if you have been like this in the past but humans can sometimes be a bit hibernation like in the winter and comfort eat more. It seems less likely you will be doing this in the summer perhaps. May be well into Spring things may seem a bit easier. If you think so, perhaps don’t stress too much. If you're that concerned speak to your GP.

You yourself is really the best person to answer this question, ask yourself am I doing my best, enough, am I tired? Have you been through anything lately which has drained you. Keep your world as small as can not don’t judge yourself by anything else for what you may see on social media.

yes but i wouldn’t be able to qualify. i live with my mom and she makes “too much.” :(
I wish there were a way for you to get on meds 😕 I also have bipolar disorder and now that I am on the right med it helps a lot. I know there are discount options for many meds but you would still have to pay to see a psychiatrist 😕 so tough

The United States and its healthcare system makes it unnecessarily difficult and expensive for people to get their needed medications and especially people at the lower end of the income spectrum.

As an adult, you can choose to be your own household for official purposes. That's what I do. I need to get off now (for the Jewish Sabbath), but I'll write more tomorrow night.
