Am I the Only One Who's NEVER Had Meltdowns or Shutdowns?

Never had meltdowns but yes shutdowns in social situations, i would describe it as like the exterior of me get so stressed or something that i end up in a 'tube' of myself with my exterior overwhelmed idk something like that.
