Anyone know anything about water bugs?

Chagas’ disease is only carried by only one kind of bug. That bug is the assasin bug. It is also called the kissing bug. Not all assasin bugs carry the disease. It is mostly in Latin America. People can carry it for years with no symptoms. Then later they can have other symptoms. When you are first bitten there will be mild symptoms. The kissing bug or assasin bug poops near the wound as sucks blood to lay eggs. The parasite that causes the disease is like a germ like thing that is in the poop. They usually hide during the day and bite at night usually on the face. People either get the disease from smearing the poop into the wound when they knock of the bug or they can get it in their eye if they rub it in their eye. It can be gotten from blood transfusions from people who have it. You can be tested with a blood test to see if you have it. Since you are on a new medicine and you think these bugs are all over the place, have a family member or friend come over and see if they see them. Tell them to not humor you. How do you know you didn’t hallucinate this whole thing. Maybe you don’t have any bugs at all. i’ll hunt for an assassin big picture. They will all be shaped the same but some are solid brown or blackish and some have red markings on the outer edges. They are smaller and skinnier than a water bug. Waterbugs do not carry diseases. So if it was a water bug you will be totally safe. Assassin bugs are related to stink bugs but longer and skinnier.

Catch one of the bugs by placing a jar over it. Slide paper under a tiny crack under the jar. Then carefully lift paper and jar to catch the bug. Put a lid on it. Have a legitimate pest control man identify the bug. If it is not an assassin bug then you are not going to get that disease.

Waterbugs live in water, so its not likely to be those. What most people mistake or call waterbugs are actually cockroaches. They do not normally bite people but can on occasion and can cause an allergic reaction. They do not normally fly, but mature adults can for short distances. Two suggestions.

A more agressive extermination plan, not just a few traps.

Go to doctor for possible allergic reaction and precautions/meds you might take to help.

I had a deal with the ex friend who I was extremely close with her and we were living together and we met through high school and we were best friends together. anyway she was not a very cleanly person and would blame crap on me. there was a case with bedbugs that caused her to get in big trouble and she ended up having to mo out of the apartment and I moved a few months later after we traded the place anyway, just before that we had cockroaches everywhere mainly behind the stove because I didn't realize she was so bad at cooking she would drop food behind the stove and all of the grease would stick the stove to the wall etc. and what I was told to clean everything and get rid of the cockroach junk it was extremely difficult to get all that up and we had to pay for that damage and we always argued over who was causing the problem and we had an exterminator that the apartment used so we called them to get it up and they said that somebody else was bringing cockroaches to the complex and they don't know who but they think they figured it out maybe but I really was making it worse because of the grease behind the stove and they were manifesting back there anyway there was a moment I went to the kitchen and there was this great cockroach on the ceiling and he had wings and I freaked out and the more I tried to get him the more he just kept flying and jumping from wall-to-wall when I eventually got him and I googled like a mofo because I'm very good at researching stuff I'm a tell you that is a giant Asperger thing we are very good at researching and knowing odd things about odd things, most people thin dumb things to want to know about or how did we come across that knowledge something LOL but due to my very good knowledge it researching I found out the little bug that looked like a cockroach with wings was considered a Japanese cockroachand they do fly and they are aggressiveand they are more of a termitestyle cockroachcan if you have even one thing of course you're gonna probablyfind more that's the way of cockroaches butthis type of cockroachis more of the kind to investand have lots and lots of themin comparison to regular cockroaches. and I had asked the exterminator one timewhen I thought I had seen white cockroachesandI was told it wasjust cockroaches moltingbut theexterminator said that's not moltingthat'sdefinitely a type of cockroachbut it was like the Japanese and that means that I have a very large infestation problem and it's worse than expected. So there are types of cockroaches out there beyond what we think of as "typical" cockroaches. needless to sa my roomie and I had to take everything in our kitchen no matter what it was pot Pan cup spoon plate everything and take it out as far away from the kitchen as possible into the dining room up off the floor and two people have enough things that we do not have the space for that it was a miracle we managed to keep everything up off the floor the way we did and it took months because they don't just infest one area and we had an open floor plan apartment which is like most apartments so they were able to crawl around other areas thank God they stayed mostly in the kitchen. then after that was all taken care of the roommate brings in several bedbugs and get herself evicted. and then I had to stay there unfortunately to take care of the infestation and have the exterminator come out once a week for three months straight and that meant once a week I had to find a different place to stay for a night and once that was done I got the heck out of Dodge I didn't want to stay there anymore I was so grossed out.

Suggest what you do is find out if you or the apartment are the bringer of the bugs. Take pictures of them so you can identify whether it's really a "waterbug" or a cockroach. and if you know anything about using Googletake the picture and use itas mental reference so you can Googlewhat type of bug it is and try to find matching pictures online that's what I do. My dad had these weird beetle things crawling on his clamatis plants that he planted andhe planted them at the base of the deck so they would climb up the trellis that is around the deck and then they would climb up to the top of the deck and go over the deck it's so pretty but this type of bug every year kept eating the clematis petals. so my dad tried to find out but nothing so I spent a while researchin gray Beatles that eat clematis and found they are called gray blister beetles and you don't want to F with them because they can bite them because blisters all over your body because of the poison they produce and it is very very painful and they're very hard to treat but some pesticides can get rid of them and so my dad went to town researching what's the safest pesticide to kill them without hurting his plants or his pets or his family. I'm in extremely amazing at my resurging he said if it weren't for me he would have no idea and they would be infested everywhere even in his house maybe at the rate they were spreading so be in Aspie use those amazing strange skills we have and research. if the apartmen is doing something or a neighbor or if you're living in a house is doing something you know find out what's causing this if it's something you're doing or someone else's doing etc. etc. and if you need find out who's in trouble for bringing these. and if it's just a natural occurrence that you can't control well then oh well at least you're getting an exterminator but keep an eye exactly what they are and make sure it's not cockroaches because there's lots of reasons why cockroaches and fast and maybe you're doing something I don't know but if you know exactly what it is you can better pin down what kind of bite you got and know better how to treat it

I have. This is not the first time the exterminator came to my house. The first bug I saw was like a month ago in my bathroom. I told my dad. He squished it. And left the carcass outside so he could show the exterminator. They are definitely waterbugs. That being said, I wasn't bitten. I was just having sensory hallucinations that I was bitten. There is no visable evidence of a bite mark other than a small bump that not everyone could feel.

I'm not a grammar expert, but these long paragraphs kill my eye. I'm so confused. I'm sorry! I can't read the whole thing.

Take good a picture of one of the bugs and upload it and we will all try to make sure what it is.
I don't wanna look at it! What if I start getting weird hallucinations again? They just come solitary and completely at random. They aren't like ants where they bring their friends. I mean its bad enough whenever I look at that video image that you posted. (Sorry, I know your trying to help. But trust me its a water bug. I wasn't bitten.)

I had issues with cockroaches when I was in Japan (my apartment was next to a vacant one that I think had an infestation) and the only thing that worked was putting down boric acid powder by every conceivable entrance point (front door, windows etc.). The powder is an irritant and toxic if you eat it or breathe it in but I found it worked having it on the floor because I was wearing hard-soled slippers (I didn't at first and my feet got very itchy) and it wasn't close enough to my face for me to accidentally inhale any. If you have pets or animals come around to your house, you can't use it, but otherwise I recommend it as a temporary way of keeping them out until the exterminator can get rid of them fully.

Maybe they are Trilobites. They can be pretty vicious.
