I attempted to answer. Are you asking me to elaborate? Here was the answer I gave:

I wouldn't think there need be any rules since it's a voting process. If people don't want a religious or political book then I doubt it would get the most votes.

Certainly good lessons in the future. Having a specified nomination closing time spanning days makes sense, gives people who periodically come here to potentially catch it.

That being said, regardless of selection, I now have a bunch more in my queue. I'd be curious what suggestions you have.
