Can we add..........

But it was for the purposes of emphasis. Sometimes things seem more than just 1 funny so we need to be able to indicate just how funny it really is. For all except Fridge's posts- he only gets one funny because he voted "no".

But more than one person was amused.

Is your system for the purpose of how amused we may be? Strength, rating, how much we smiled?
Like @Beguiling Orbit mentions, easier than writing out "Rolling on the floor laughing my ass off"

I don't get this suggestion

How funny you found a response to a post is indicated by a number.

The higher the number, the funnier you found the comment on reading it.

Currently we have the funny icon if we wish to rate a post as funny.
All the numbers really do is state HOW funny we found it.

I don't get this suggestion

Did you mean your question as a suggestion,
seriously?

It immediately devolved/developed into a
joke thread.

So I was wondering.

Blame Fridgemagnetman. Well, it would be fun but I guess there are other ways to do it per Gracey. I'd just found a post more than usually funny.
