167 is the pip count (moves needed to clear the board) at the start of a backgammon game. I wasn't aware of this term prior to "researching" the number.

The appearance of backgammon makes me dislike it. The weird triangles, the contrasting colors - my sensory sensitivities aren't happy. And lining up the pieces is one good way to get my OCD-type symptoms going.
