I got so involved thinking about
whether I wanted to post that image
with "Saying this palindromic number
digit by digit makes the colors green,
blue, green in my head," & deciding not
to, that when I saw I had clicked slow...
....I just deleted it. :)
 
RE: the number 345

Several years ago I spent many
pleasant hours adding numbers in
series together. I liked that a series
of numbers [like 3, 4, 5] worked out
this way: Add the outliers [in this case,
3 + 5 = 8] and then divide that by 2, &
you get the number in the middle of the
series.

You can skip digits, too, as long as you
are regular about it. 246, for instance.
2 + 6 = 8. 8/2 = 4. :)
