My cousin, Randy had one when I was a kid. That was a wicked sounding bike. There are certain bikes that have a unique sound and the Kawasaki Triples are in that group. It's like my buddy's CBX. That's the first bike I've ever heard that sounds like a Porsche.

It's a '77 SS in silver paint he bought new and kept inside his mancave since day one. The guy that owns it is a mechanical engineer and only ever bought top end machinery. The local Ducati dealer offered to insure it to the moon just to display it in their showroom. In a show,it would pull 99 points,the missing point for the yellowed panel :cool:
