What's the difference between therapy and counselling?I've not had any medication but I've had various stints of therapy and counselling.
Hmm... cool ^_^.I don't know. But...
Counselling seems to focus on family and school issues as the cause of everything, ignoring mental issues.
Therapy seems to be because you have mental issue of some kind, but they talk about how school and home life are affected by the issue.
I've had neither, too.
