depression test

I've not had any medication but I've had various stints of therapy and counselling.

I don't know. But...

Counselling seems to focus on family and school issues as the cause of everything, ignoring mental issues.

Therapy seems to be because you have mental issue of some kind, but they talk about how school and home life are affected by the issue.

well i know what counsellors and psychologists what the difference is. Its been explained to me. I am under psychologists and used to be under a college counsellor.

A counsellor is there to listen to you but can't give you advise as there not qualified to do so its a bit like samaritans and ask what u think you could do to help yourself, where psychologists they are qualified to give you advice and strategies to deal with your problems.

Ah, cool ^_^.
I've been to a psychologist before but to get dx'd and I think I've been to a therapist. IDK what she is >_<.

Major Depression: Very Slight
Dysthymia: Slight
Bipolar Disorder: Slight-Moderate
Cyclothymia: Very High
Seasonal Affective Disorder: Slight-Moderate
Postpartum Depression: N/A

Aside from SAD, this is pretty much what I expected. I would have tested quite high for major depression in the past, that's for sure.

I've had neither, too.

I will post a introduction about me later on in the threat/place for it, so that said,
I got sleep medication since I somehow really need it. I dont take it that much like once a week and even then there are some days I just get barely sleep but I dont want to take the med(nitrazepam)
Medication is not something to take for fun but it can be needed.
Ive had risperidon prescriped to me by someone who didnt seem to understand me and I was so smart to take it(not :D) I felt my emotions even stronger but all my moods are in fluctuation it depends on all kinds of things but I am not in the same(depressed) mood for that uber long I guess :)
I only took that anti psychotic only once btw I learned from that haha and I know stories about the world of the farmaceutic industry its evil :P readed a book about it a short time ago.
This post is so chaotic I see now, I am a little in a hard stressfull period and I am chaotic as well but I intend to make things look nice :o
