Does any one feel like they need to be taken care of ?

I can understand where you are coming from Daniela. I don't know if I could make it on my own. I can have a lot of trouble remembering to do routine things, and sometimes I get depressed or have a meltdown, in which case I can become very dysfunctional. I have always lived with my parents (and briefly with a partner) so I have never had to take care of myself. My parents are always there to give me guidance and (though I am ashamed to admit it) car rides. Even my boss at work treats me like she is my mother and has learned to give me constant reminders to compensate for my bad memory.

I often think that I should move out, just to prove to myself that I can do it, but it is hard for me to justify spending more money in order to have a lower quality of life. Still, it might be necessary for my self evolution.
